Description:
Full-time Farm Animal Attendant (Equine Barn Manager). This position is primarily responsible for the management and care of our equine herd, scheduling and oversight of student workers, record keeping, and equipment operation.
Our equine herd of 45 to 55 horses is comprised of a variety of breeds and disciplines and supports our hands-on equine program and equestrian team. The equine facilities include a heated 45 stall barn with attached 120' x 90' indoor arena, round pen, tack room, feed room, shavings storage, laboratory space, veterinary exam area, 9 paddocks, and a hay storage shed.
